The U.S. Supreme Court's Historic Term
Donald J. Trump for President 2024 Senior Advisor Boris Epshteyn tells Steve Bannon that the U.S. Supreme Court has had an interesting term. "Some of the decisions have been right where they were expected to be," Epshteyn said. "For example, the decision on malicious prosecution and some of the decisions on criminal evidence [were] right on point. In the end, it's about Fischer and it's about immunity. You cannot have a presidency without immunity."
