Trump for President 2024 Senior Advisor Boris Epshteyn tells Steve Bannon that for the last 50 years there has been an acceptance that courts would defer to agencies. "The issue with agencies is that no one knows what branch they are a part of," Epshteyn said. "Are they legislative? Are they executive? But much like the independent special counsel, they are effectively a fourth branch of government because they have no oversight."
