National Border Patrol Council Vice President Art Del Cueto explains how President Joe Biden’s asylum executive order will further endanger unaccompanied minors at the southern border. “When you’re seeing these eleven-year-old kids come across, it’s not like they decided to get to the border and cross on their own. Somebody at some point made some type of arrangement with the drug cartels, with the human smugglers,” he says.
