Rasmussen Reports lead pollster Mark Mitchell explains to Peter Navarro that most members of the polling industry are talking to registered voters right now. "Rasmussen alway polls likely voters because we think it is a better reflection of what happens in November. Guess what?" Mitchell asks. "The entire industry is going to shift to likely voters too."
