President Trump Legal Surrogate David Gelman says he has done several jury trials and he has never seen anything like what Judge Juan Merchan did. "I have never heard a judge say to Juror Number One, 'You can agree to this crime, but Juror Number Two, you can agree to this crime,'" Gelman said. "So even though it's not unanimous which crime you can believe the president did, you can all just take a crime and pick it, just like from a value meal at McDonald's."
