U.S. Rep. Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL-01) tells Steve Bannon that he worries Joe Biden will try to bait House Republicans into some sort of raucous exchange and then look like a lion tamer. "He's going to blame us for the border, which is laughable. Rather than allow that to sit as a thud, my concern is some of my colleagues will raucously exchange that baiting," Gaetz said. "What that will do is make Joe Biden look vigorous, where he otherwise wouldn't."
