VP Joe Biden announces $10m grant for Port of Baltimore
Vice President Joe Biden was joined by Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley and others in announcing a $10 million TIGER grant to the Port of Baltimore. The grant was one of 52 grants awarded to 37 states, totalling $474 million.
