A California judge issued a temporary restraining order on the Chino Valley Unified School District Board of Education's policy that requires parental notification when children transition. Chino School Board President Sonja Shaw tells Steve Bannon that the judge admitted to not reading all the documents in the case...yet that judge passed down a decision, regardless.
