Ukraine ‘helpless’ to quell unrest in east
Ukraine’s acting president says police and security forces are “helpless” to quell unrest in two eastern regions bordering Russia. Oleksandr Turchynov says in some cases Ukrainian troops are cooperating with pro-Russian gunmen.
