Taxpayers Protection Alliance Executive Director Patrick Hedger says taxpayers should skip the IRS's new tax filing program and stick with using a private tax preparer. “The IRS hasn’t proven that it can walk and now it’s trying to chew gum and become a software company? That’s not something it really should be doing,” says Hedger.
