Turning the First Amendment on its Head
New Civil Liberties Alliance Litigation Counsel Casey Norman says the federal government is enacting censorship measures by trying to convince Americans that they need to be protected from the right to freedom of speech. “It's no longer a concept of this free marketplace of ideas that should be encouraged. It’s just the opposite,” says Norman.
