The president came up short in hopes of striking a major nuclear deal in his summit in Hanoi with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. But Trump’s efforts in Vietnam were largely overshadowed by the riveting testimony before Congress of his once trusted personal lawyer and fixer, Michael Cohen.
