American voters head to the polls in two months to elect a new Congress and to render a midterm judgment on the often controversial presidency of Donald Trump. Control of both the Senate and House of Representatives is at stake in November, but the midterm election results could also have a profound impact on the Trump agenda and the next two years of his presidency.
