House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Jason Smith (R-MI) says he’ll be seeking a criminal referral against Hunter Biden for allegedly lying to Congress during President Joe Biden’s impeachment inquiry. Smith says he’ll be making the referral based on evidence provided by the two IRS whistleblowers proving the first son lied during deposition on at least three different counts.
