Texas House Speaker Dade Phelan spent more than $13 million, and last night he won his primary runoff by only a 366 vote margin. "You can do the math," Patriot Mobile Action Executive Director Leigh Wambsganss tells Steve Bannon. "There is no way that Dade Phelan would have won that race had it not been for those 1,500 Democrats who voted early. We assume that another equal amount voted yesterday on Election Day."
