The Process is the Punishment 3-15-24
FBI whistleblower Steve Friend says the FBI has gotten away from what it should focus on...a fair process. "When you work in law enforcement, your focus is on following the Constitution, following the law, gathering the facts and presenting them. Then that person has their day in court. That is a victory for you," Friend said. "Instead, what we are seeing from the FBI and the DOJ at large is they want to get the victory at court if they can and if not then they will make the process the punishment for people."
