Article III Project founder Mike Davis, reporting from the Denver District Courthouse, warns Steve Bannon and viewers not to feel surprised Friday if District Judge Sarah Wallace decides — unilaterally and illegally — to take President Trump off that state's ballot. Wallace donated to an anti-Trump PAC to chase Republicans out of office for supporting the president on Jan. 6. "If they can get a win out here with this biased Democrat judge then they will use that precedent in other states," Davis said. "Maybe Michigan, maybe Wisconsin, or maybe other states."
