"There's no point in having a conservative speaker of the House if you are going to pass out this massive aid package for a war that is lost in Eurasia, a war that is clearly being won in the Middle East, and for a Central Coalition partner in the Indo-Pacific that does not meet its military obligations," Mills said. "This makes no sense."
