So many Washington, D.C. bureaucrats fixate on warrantless surveillance. Why not bring a case to a judge and have him or her sign off on it? U.S. Rep. Keith Self (R-TX-03) says the problem is worse than that and that several violations have already occurred. Self said his constituents worry about the privacy of American citizens.
