John Fredericks mentions recent events at the Republican National Committee. Lara Trump became co-chair and then fired 60 people, all of them upper level executives. "Then they put out a statement saying it will have no effect on operations," Fredericks said. "I heard that and asked myself 'So if you get rid of 60 people and there's no effect on operations at the RNC then what exactly were those 60 people doing that it would have no impact on operations?"
