Riley Gaines, director at the Leadership Institute, urges parents facing the battle against the transgender movement to support their children and be willing to speak out against injustices when the public is silent. “We all thought the same thing. And when I say we all, I mean the coaches, I mean my teammates and competitors. We all saw this as wrong, we saw this as an injustice but no one was willing to say it out loud,” Gaines says. “Be willing to say the emperor wears no clothes.”
