SCOTUS ORDER LIKELY TO LEAD TO DISMISSAL OF BANNON’S CONTEMPT OF CONGRESS CHARGES
Bob Costello, Steve Bannon’s attorney, says Bannon was willing to testify to the January 6 committee if executive privilege was waived or ruled invalid. He claims the committee and U.S. Attorney aimed to jail Bannon rather than gather information, noting the lead prosecutor later ran for Congress as a Democrat.
