Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey says Congress is obligated to introduce legislation limiting the federal government’s ability to control free speech on social media platforms. Bailey says lawmakers will also need to determine whether an inspector general is appropriate to monitor compliance of the court order issued in Missouri v. Biden.
