Daily Caller White House Correspondent Reagan Reese tells Steve Bannon that the debate over FISA will only get more confusing over the next week. "There are two proposed paths. One bill is the intelligence bill that privacy advocates feel does not fix much. It does not reign in FISA the way that it should," Reese said. "And then there is the Judiciary Bill. That is a little bit stronger. It has a warrant requirement."
