House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) weighs in on the logistics of Congress using its "inherent” authority to arrest U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland for ignoring a congressional subpoena. “At the end of the day, the American people are going to have the opportunity to hold this administration accountable,” he says. “Not just because of their policy failures but because of the public corruption at the highest levels. Not just by the Biden family, but also in the Department of Justice."
