U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo sharply criticized former President Barack Obama's policies in the Middle East, as he outlined the Trump administration's vision for the region. Pompeo called on U.S. allies in the Middle East and elsewhere to do more to fight Islamic State terrorists and counter what he termed Iran's "malign influence."
