Pleading the Fifth 5-2-24
Article III Project founder Mike Davis tells Natalie Winters that House Republicans should ask why Mark Pomerantz is pleading the Fifth Amendment. What potential crime could he have committed? "Maybe these House Republicans should start issuing subpoenas for people and [for] information around Pomerantz and to start to squeeze him a bit," Davis said. "Maybe at some point they give him some sort of immunity to speak so he can't plead the Fifth Amendment."
