People Flee Following Shooting at California Garlic Festival
Eyewitness footage shows people running in panic following a shooting at a food festival in Northern California that took the lives of three people and injured 15 more, Sunday, July 28.

The attack happened in the city of Gilroy, where police say the shooter was armed with a rifle. Another 15 people were injured.
There were officers present at the festival, and Gilroy Police Chief Scot Smithee said they quickly engaged the suspect and shot him dead. News reports say the shooter has been identified as Santino William Legan.
