Pa. Gov. Tom Corbett hopes for boost from State of the State address

Suffering in the polls due to 2011 education cuts, Gov. Tom Corbett (R-Pa.) is expected to announce major education funding increases during Tuesday’s State of the State address that he hopes will boost his statewide poll numbers.
