Bud Cummins, former United States Attorney for the Department of Justice, says the newest federal charges against Hunter Biden are the DOJ’s “strategic attempt” to hold him accountable for his crimes. “This is the criminal activity that doesn’t involve Joe Biden. This is the least serious criminal activity that we could’ve proved against Hunter Biden had we not waited for the statute of limitations to expire,” says Cummins.
