Obama: Some FEMA workers facing another furlough

President Barack Obama thanked FEMA employees for their work preparing for Tropical Storm Karen. FEMA recalled 200 furloughed workers last week to help prepare for the storm. At least 100 of those workers will have to return to furloughed status.
