Rudy Giuliani, who filed for bankruptcy after being ordered to pay $148 million, tells Steve Bannon that he's $130 million short. "The judge impromptly and unethically — way beyond her role as a judge — advised to proceed against my assets now and not abide by the 30-day rule," Giuliani said. "When that happened, I said to heck with that. I am going to protect it all."
