U.S. Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ-05) tells Steve Bannon that new House Speaker Mike Johnson is taking several things into account right now. "We have a lot of our colleagues just basically petrified at the word 'shutdown,'" Biggs said. "They will do anything to avert a shutdown, including in this case swallowing continuation of the spending and the policies of Biden, Schumer, and Pelosi."
