Missouri AG Andrew Bailey announces lawsuit against NY over election interference against Trump
Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey says he is suing the state of New York to stop the unconstitutional lawfare against former President Donald Trump. “Under Article 3 Section 2 of the United States Constitution, the Supreme Court has original jurisdictions when states have conflicts with other states,” he says. “Well, Missouri has a big problem with New York right now. We are taking them to court and are going to fight to put a stop to it.”
