Michael Faulkender: Democrats Only Solution to Fixing the Deficit is Raising Taxes
“The only solution Democrats have is to raise taxes. They say they want to do it on Wall Street, they say they’ll do it on the wealthy, but in fact what they want to do is raise taxes on everybody.”
America First Policy Institute Chief Economist Michael Faulkender talks with John Fredericks about testifying before the Senate Budget Committee about proposed tax increases. Faulkender says the hearing’s biggest highlight was when both Democrat witnesses refused to answer how high they think taxes should be raised.
