Massive Secret Service Failure
U.S. Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ-05), referring to today's hearing with Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle, said law enforcement has the right to hold suspicious-looking individuals. "What does the hold do? It allows Secret Service or local law enforcement to determine if you have a very serious threat or not," Biggs said. "They chose not to invoke a hold on President Trump when they had all of this information well in advance. If Trump never takes the stage, then this shooter never shoots."
