ProActive Strategies President and Founder Mark Serrano doesn't see Nikki Haley dropping out the race after #SuperTuesday. Serrano says Haley will let the campaign play out for a few weeks, sign a contract with Fox News or MSNBC, and then sit on her campaign cash reserves until the 2028 election.
