Real America's Voice Contributor Kash Patel agrees that the America First Movement is making progress. Patel said that only the U.S. Supreme Court can decide the issue of presidential immunity. "I and many conservatives fall on the side of the president having that immunity," Patel said. "Otherwise every president is going to charge his successor because they are in different political parties."
