Lawmakers Develop Strategy to Stop Foreign Meddling in 2018 Midterm Election

The midterm elections in the United States are less than four months away. Officials are putting into place a number of measures to prevent a repeat of the kind of Russian interference that U.S. intelligence discovered in the 2016 elections.
