Lawfare and Election Interference
Article III Project founder Mike Davis says the gag order put on President Trump in New York amounts to lawfare. "If there is anyone on the planet who needs the Constitutional rights to speak out against the judge, against the court staff, against the prosecutor, against the process, it is a criminal defendant going through a criminal process, especially a criminal process that is obviously rigged against that criminal defendant, Donald Trump," Davis tells Steve Bannon. "This is a clear First and Fifth Amendment violation."
