Knowing Your Rights On Covid Vaccines

The death rate for those that get Covid is 0.68 percent (1 out of 150 according to Covid101.org), meaning nearly all Americans will recover from Covid with the most vulnerable being those with health issues or the elderly unable to fight off the virus.  

So why then would government officials push mandated vaccines or suggest the government go door to door to make sure Americans are vaccinated when the survival rate is 99.32 percent?

Most Americans don’t realize forcing a citizen to take a “mandatory” vaccine is a violation of our rights and potentially dangerous. (There is an exemption provided for religious and medical reasons through a declination form.)

None of the Covid vaccines have been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) since there hasn’t been sufficient time to ensure there wouldn’t be long term side effects.  Therefore, the vaccine is experimental which is why it is being administrated under the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA). 

While we don’t know the long term effects, there have already been short term effects with heart inflammation, especially in young adults who have an even greater chance of survival.  Yet, through July 19, 2021 there have been 6,207 reported deaths from vaccines (0.0018% of does) to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) administrated by the FDA. 

Next, like the flu, there are different strands of a virus which explains why many who have already received the Covid vaccine are still getting Covid through the Delta variant strand.

The current Covid vaccine does not prevent this which can explain why there are explosions of positive tests in high vaccinated areas.  Like the flu, there will likely continue to be other strands in the future.  Will the government attempt to mandate citizens to take endless vaccinations for each strand?

In the 2004 case of Doe v. Rumsfeld regarding forced vaccinations for anthrax, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia issued an injunction prohibiting the forced use of the vaccine. 

This case is acknowledged by Amanda Cohn, MD, the Executive Secretary of the Center for Disease Control “that under an Emergency Use Authorization, an EUA, vaccines are not allowed to be mandatory.  So, early in this vaccination phase, individuals will have to be consented and they won’t be able to be mandated.”

Further, it is also interesting to note during Senate testimony on May 11, 2021 by Dr. Anthony Fauci and Peter Marks, Director of the Food and Drug Administration’s Center for Biological Evaluations, were asked how many employees have taken the vaccine.  They responded they believe it was more than fifty percent and probably sixty percent; but weren’t sure because they were not allowed to ask their employees if they got the vaccine.

Therefore, if you work at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, you do not have to take the vaccine or be asked if you are vaccinated; but according to the Biden Administration or agencies run by liberal politicians, it is required by a mandated time.

It is also very interesting to note, those who have pushed the vaccine are the same people who have stated the earth is “over populated.”  Eric Lander is a “Science Advisor” to Biden and worked closely with John Holdren, an Obama Science Czar.  Holdren considered overpopulation as mankind’s greatest threat advocating some proposals from his book, “Ecoscience” which includes forcibly and unknowingly sterilizing the entire population by adding infertility drugs to the nation’s water and food supply. 

Americans have been locked down, masked, and jabbed for a virus with an extremely low mortality rate of 0.68 percent, which is much lower when you take account that those who had other illnesses like cancer and died were categorized as death by Covid if they caught the virus.

Our government has used the virus to take away rights, freedom, and liberties by expanding more government control on the citizens, which clearly goes against the U.S. Constitution.  Americans have the right to not only refuse the vaccine, especially for religious or medical reasons, they have the right to keep their medical information private.

Rand Paul, a doctor and United States Senator, has called on all Americans to oppose masks and vaccines, along with a new round of lockdowns stating the Democrats new proposals and suggested mandated vaccines are illegal and not based on science; but vast amounts of propaganda and fear to justify their actions.
