"Footage makes it overwhelmingly clear that Harris' Secret Service detail knew in advance that the pipe bombs posed no threat," Beattie said. "When they were informed of the pipe bomb, they stood around lackadaisical, not a care in the world. They infamously allowed a group of school children to cross the street right past the bomb."
