John Boehner, Nancy Pelosi discuss Republican spending plan

The Republican 10-year budget plan passed the House of Representatives on Thursday by a vote of 219-205. While House Speaker John Boehner is eager to see what the bill will do for Americans, Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi says it will be detrimental.
