Heritage Vice President of Foreign Policy Victoria Coates says Joe Biden’s energy policies have significantly grown Iran’s financial assets and simultaneously provided China with cheap energy. Coates says Iran’s foreign currency reserve, now sitting at over $70 billion, will directly fund future terrorist operations. “Just look at their foreign currency reserve. It was $4 billion when we left office. It’s now over $70 billion,” says Coates. “So instead of being on the verge of default, they’re fat and happy. They’ve got money in the bank and this is what they’re spending it on.”
