Jim Jordan Has a Big Hill to Climb
Just the News Senior Correspondent Nicholas A Ballasy says U.S. Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH-04) is several votes short of serving as speaker of the House. "He has special interests working against him," Ballasy said. "K street doesn't really want him." With that said, anything is possible, and Jordan has time this weekend to do outreach. Also, Republicans want to move forward with a lot of legislation and may rally around someone sooner rather than later.
