Joe Biden is clamping down on the U.S.-Mexico border....or is he? Center for Immigration Studies Senior National Security Fellow Todd Bensman tells Steve Bannon that another plan is possibly afoot. This strategy may involve "policies the administration already knows in advance and maybe even arranged to be lawsuited into oblivion right away so he [Biden] can then blame Republicans for killing the [U.S. Sen. James] Langford legislation again."
