Illegal Prior Restraints on President Trump's Constitutional Rights
Article III Project founder Mike Davis tells Steve Bannon that if there is anyone on this planet who must have the constitutional right to speak out against a judge, the prosecutor, their staff members, the witnesses, or the process in general then it is a criminal defendant. But a pro-Democrat judge in Manhattan has imposed a gag order on President Trump. "He [Trump] cannot threaten them, and if he does then he could be charged with obstruction of justice or witness tampering or related crimes," Davis said. "But what the Democrats are doing here is they are bringing this unprecedented lawfare and election interference against Trump for these non-crimes in four different jurisdictions: New York, D.C., Atlanta, and the Southern District of Florida."
