How to Write Detailed Laws After Chevron Doctrine Overturned
House Administration Committee Chair Bryan Steil (R-WI) says Congress needs to learn how to write and pass detailed laws following the U.S. Supreme Court’s overturning of the Chevron doctrine. “There's over 400 agencies that right now have effectively become mini-legislators and enforcers on their own. This is our opportunity to pull it back,” he says.
