"We have to remind Congress that they are a coordinate, co-equal branch of government," Patel says. "They are not subservient to the FBI and DOJ. Actually, per the Constitution, the DOJ and FBI report to Congress. You get the Speaker to set up an immediate special committee and not bend a knee to Merrick Garland and Christopher Wray."
