Heritage Foundation Public Finance Economist E.J. Antoni tells War Room Co-Host Natalie Winters that Kamala Harris helped cause this disaster deficit. "Not only was she the main cheerleader of this administration's runaway spending as the vice president, but on top of that she was also the president of the Senate as part of her role as vice president," Antoni said. "In that, she cast two tie-breaking votes for two of the three biggest blowout spending bills from this administration."
